In 1993, Enterprise opened its first office outside the United States in Windsor,
Ontario. Soon after expanding throughout Canada, we expanded to the United Kingdom,
Ireland and Germany. Today, Enterprise has more than 500 branches in Europe.
Each of these offices operates with the the same commitment to its community as our Canadian locations do. This means we hire locally, buy our cars locally, and provide comprehensive services to neighbourhoods.
Like Enterprise's Canadian operations, our European offices primarily serve the home-city market, providing cars to individuals who need a temporary replacement vehicle, to local businesses for corporate travel purposes, to fleet-management companies for temporary transportation needs, and to local dealerships and service shops for loaner purposes.
